In regards to my Road Rovers fanfiction that I'm working on, do you think the Dark Rovers saga should come before or after the Blitzinator saga?

Definitely after. You've already thought up a lot of stuff for the Blitzinators anyway, so it's best that you focus on them first before trying to develop the Dark Rovers. :)
